LIGHTING AND COLORS: All photos and videos were taken with direct lighting (under a desk lamp with a "cool white" LED bulb). Opal's fire will be less strong without sun exposure or direct lighting. Opal colors also vary depending on the type of lighting and the background. In general, blue in photos/videos is closer to purple in reality under most lighting conditions.
DIMENSIONS: Each piece for sale may appear larger in photos/videos than in reality. Therefore, please rely on the dimensions (in mm) or size indicators provided for this purpose (millimeter ruler).
REFUND POLICY: I strongly recommend reading the description, looking at the photos/videos of each opal or piece of jewelry before any purchase. However, if the purchase does not meet your expectations, a return with a refund (excluding shipping costs) is perfectly possible. For raw opals, a lot can also be returned if it has not been worked.
